• Employees may request reimbursement for educational tuition by using Professional Development funding available as outlined at http://hr.lib.uci.edu/professionaldevelopment/index.php.
• To request for reimbursement, the following steps must be completed:
• Fill out an Electronic Professional Activities Form for funding approval.
• Complete the Employee Educational Assistance Tax Determination Form.
• Turn in a completed Professional Activities Reimbursement Form, Employee Educational Assistance Tax Determination Form, payment receipt, and registration detail information to the Business Office for processing.
