Out-of-State Trip Registration Information and Links
The University has arranged for employees and students traveling on official business to be covered for a variety of accidents and incidents at no cost to the traveler. To provide our travelers with peace of mind, and to improve the UC's response to emergency needs, the University tracks out-of-state business trips using a Web-based registration system.
For your own safety and security, we encourage you to register all out-of-state business travel on-line at http://www.uctrips-insurance.org/ prior to your departure. Trips booked through Connexxus, a secure Web portal for University business travel, are automatically registered.
Registering your trip will enable the University to provide assistance in the event of a medical emergency, natural disaster, riot, new health warning, etc. With the current swine flu outbreak, registered travelers are receiving travel and health advisory updates from WorldCue/Ijet, our security and traveler intelligence partner.
